How Often Should a Fleet Schedule PM Service?

There's no universal PM interval - it depends on duty cycle, fuel quality, idle time, and routes. But there are good starting points.

Long-haul, highway-heavy fleets typically run 20k-25k mile intervals. Local delivery or vocational fleets with high idle and stop-and-go run 12k-18k. Severe service (construction, off-road) often needs even shorter intervals.

Set a baseline, do oil analysis at 50k intervals, and adjust per unit. Each truck tells you what it needs if you're paying attention.
